Odisha has witnessed a fresh surge in COVID-19 cases, with seven new positive cases being identified.
This brings the total number of infections in the state to 30. Khurda district reported the highest number with 16 cases, followed by Cuttack with nine. Additionally, one case each has been detected in Puri, Jagatsinghpur, Kendujhar, Sundargarh, and Balasore.
Health authorities are closely monitoring the situation and urging citizens to follow safety measures. With the recent rise, residents are advised to maintain social distancing and adhere to prescribed health guidelines to curb the spread of the virus.
