Kylie Jenner has once again made headlines—this time for candidly discussing her breast augmentation during a TikTok Live session.
Responding to a fan’s question, the beauty mogul openly confirmed she had undergone the procedure and even revealed the specifics.
Fan and influencer Rachel Leary called Kylie’s look “the most perfect natural-looking boob job ever” and praised her transparency. In response, Kylie replied:
“445cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!! Hope this helps lol.”
The Kylie Cosmetics founder revealed that the surgery was performed by Dr. Garth Fisher, a prominent Beverly Hills plastic surgeon.

“I had beautiful, natural breasts… just perfect. I wish I had waited, especially now that I have a daughter. I’d be heartbroken if she wanted to alter her body at 19,” she shared.
