Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a landmark visit to Maharashtra, Kerala, and Andhra Pradesh on May 1st and 2nd.

The visit, aimed at advancing India’s infrastructure, media innovation, and global trade, includes the inauguration of critical projects and summits.

In Mumbai, Maharashtra, the Prime Minister will inaugurate WAVES 2025, the World Audio Visual and Entertainment Summit. Positioned as a global hub for media and digital innovation, this summit will bring together creators, policymakers, and businesses from over 90 countries.

On May 2nd in Kerala, he will dedicate the Vizhinjam International Deepwater Multipurpose Seaport to the nation. As India’s first container transhipment port, this strategic project enhances India’s logistics and trade efficiency.

Later in Andhra Pradesh, Prime Minister Modi will launch and inaugurate multiple projects worth over ₹58,000 crore in Amaravati. These include advanced rail and road networks, housing, administrative centers, a missile test range, and the PM Ekta Mall to boost regional connectivity, defense capabilities, and rural artisans’ growth.

This visit underscores India’s commitment to holistic growth, empowering regions with cutting-edge infrastructure, and cementing its position in the global trade and innovation landscape.
