The BJP training camp in Puri, Odisha, has brought together party leaders to enhance their governance and organizational skills.

Inaugurated by BJP National President JP Nadda, the event saw participation from Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, BJP National Vice President Baijayant Panda, and Odisha BJP President Manmohan Samal.

Nadda emphasized the importance of connecting with Dalit families, maintaining good relations with officials, and working in harmony with the government and organization. He advised leaders to visit Anganwadi centers and medical facilities, spend time understanding ground realities, and assess the effectiveness of government schemes.

The training camp, organized for the second time since the BJP government was formed in Odisha, aims to strengthen governance, organizational skills, and public relations. Nadda stressed the importance of humility, avoiding groupism, and building one’s personality to serve the people effectively.

Nadda emphasized the importance of maintaining contact with the Dalit families in your area. He encouraged building good relationships with government officials to facilitate work. He urged party members to collaborate with the government and highlighted 14 key points focused on the importance of government engagement, organizational strength, and fostering good relationships.

During a training camp, Nadda conducted a session for BJP MPs and ministers that lasted more than an hour. He advised them not to feel proud or arrogant about holding positions as MLAs, MPs, or ministers. He called for an end to groupism and suggested that they focus on personal development first.

Nadda encouraged everyone to connect with the community by visiting local anganwadis (nutrition centers) and medical centers, even spending half an hour there. Additionally, he stressed the importance of being knowledgeable about both state and central government schemes and urged party members to see firsthand how effectively these initiatives are being implemented on the ground.

The meeting was attended by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, State BJP President Manmohan Samal, Deputy Chief Ministers KV Singh Deo and Parvati Parida, as well as all state ministers, MLAs, and members of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha.
