Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will attend the final day of the Indian Air Force’s (IAF) grand aerial display, titled ‘Wings over Ganges’, in Varanasi on Sunday.
The spectacle at Namo Ghat marks the IAF’s 94th anniversary and will also be attended by Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Varanasi Police Commissioner Mohit Agarwal confirmed that robust multi-tier security measures, including drone monitoring and extensive CCTV coverage, are in place to ensure smooth crowd management and public convenience.
Earlier today, PM Modi will inaugurate Arvind Limited’s new garment manufacturing facility in Kachhwa. The unit represents a significant milestone in boosting Uttar Pradesh’s industrial footprint and strengthening India’s textile manufacturing ecosystem.
During his visit, the Prime Minister is expected to interact with around 300 women trained in garment manufacturing, highlighting local employment and women-led industrial growth.
