Ayodhya: The spiritual community of Ayodhya is in mourning following the demise of Acharya Satyendra Das, the revered chief priest of the Ayodhya Ram Temple. Renowned for his unwavering commitment and guidance, Acharya Satyendra Das dedicated decades to overseeing temple affairs and fostering religious devotion among thousands of followers.

Sources report that the chief priest succumbed after a prolonged illness, leaving an irreplaceable void in the temple’s leadership. “Acharya Satyendra Das was not only a spiritual guide but a pillar of strength for our community,” said a temple spokesperson. Devotees and dignitaries alike have expressed profound grief, lauding his contributions to the temple and the broader religious landscape.

In honor of his service, temple authorities are preparing for a state funeral, with arrangements set to follow traditional rituals. The funeral, expected to attract a large gathering of devotees, will celebrate his life and legacy, ensuring that his contributions to spiritual unity and community development continue to inspire future generations.

Devotees are urged to stay tuned for further details regarding the funeral proceedings as the temple community comes together to bid farewell to a leader who was much more than a priest, but a guiding light for many.
