The officers and staff of Lok Bhavan organized a warm farewell ceremony for the Honorable Governor of Odisha, Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, at the New Abhishek Hall on Thursday. The Governor was joined at the felicitation by the First Lady of the State, Smt. Jayashree Kambhampati.
Addressing the gathered officials and staff, Governor Kambhampati expressed profound gratitude for the unwavering support, cooperation, and coordination he received during his tenure of approximately one year and nine months.
Reflecting on his time in the state, the Governor described his stay in Odisha as an “unforgettable memory” that will forever hold a special place in his heart. He extended his heartfelt thanks to the entire Lok Bhavan workforce for ensuring seamless operations throughout his term.
The farewell event provided a platform for officials and staff to convey their deep respect for the Governor and share personal anecdotes of working alongside him. Attendees recalled the cordial and productive relationship they shared, wishing him continued success in all his future endeavors.
During the program, Commissioner-cum-Secretary to the Governor, Dr. Roopa Roshan Sahoo, along with other senior officials and Lok Bhavan staff members, reminisced about their experiences working under his guidance.
The ceremony concluded with the entire Lok Bhavan fraternity extending their warmest wishes to the departing Governor.
