Bhubaneswar is set to witness a groundbreaking transformation with the construction of a state-of-the-art 34-storey IT tower in Satya Nagar, a project spearheaded by the Odisha government.
Spanning six acres, the IT tower aims to bolster Odisha’s digital economy, attract IT investment, and promote entrepreneurship in the region.
Designed to cater to private sector demand for premium office spaces, the facility will house modern amenities such as a reception, club, library, and workspace for over 8,000 professionals. Three basements will offer ample parking, while an observation deck will provide a stunning view of Bhubaneswar’s growing urban landscape.
This initiative is part of a larger Twin City mega IT hub that spans across Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, covering 1,000 hectares and offering plug-and-play facilities for startups, mid-sized firms, and multinational corporations. With the Odisha Bridge Construction Corporation (OBCC) managing the project, the state aims to rival established tech corridors across the nation.
The IT tower is strategically located near Smart Janpath and Cuttack-Puri Road, ensuring accessibility and convenience for businesses. Expected to become operational in the next five years, this project aligns with Odisha’s vision to position Bhubaneswar as an innovation-driven city and a hub for IT excellence in eastern India.
