This initiative is aimed at enhancing consumer convenience by ensuring uninterrupted communication and efficient issue resolution.
The addition of these new helpline numbers will significantly improve call connectivity, reduce high call traffic, and minimize call abandonment, providing consumers with a smoother and more reliable support experience. Equipped with advanced technology, the helpline services operate 24×7, offering a single point of contact.
To maximize awareness, TPSODL is launching an extensive outreach campaign across various platforms. Consumers are encouraged to utilize these newly introduced helpline numbers along with the existing ones, as all four numbers remain fully operational for addressing electricity-related queries, complaints, and assistance.
