Three individuals were found dead under suspicious circumstances in a guest house in the Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir. The deceased have been identified as Mukesh Kumar, Ashutosh, and Sunny Choudhary, all residents of Jammu.
A charcoal heater was discovered in the room, and it is suspected that the trio may have died from asphyxiation. According to the police, a man reported that his brother, who had gone to Bhaderwah, was unresponsive to calls. The police tracked the location of his brother’s mobile phone late Wednesday night and dispatched a team to investigate.
The team located the complainant’s brother’s vehicle and learned that they had booked a room at the Royal Inn guest house in Bhaderwah. After several attempts to knock on the door without receiving a response, the police broke it open and found three individuals unconscious inside.
Doctors and forensic experts were called to the scene, and upon their arrival, they declared all three individuals dead. The exact cause of death is yet to be determined, but Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Doda, Sandeep Mehta, stated that initial investigations suggest asphyxiation may be the cause.
