Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Sunday informed that several districts of Odisha are likely to experience rainfall activities from January 17.
According to the IMD’s latest bulletin, different parts of the state will experience light rainfall activities from January 17 to January 19.
Meanwhile, dense fog is likely to prevail over some parts of the state in the next 24 hours.

Shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur at a few places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Puri, Khordha, Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Angul, Dhenkanal, Kandhamal.
Yellow Warning: Dense fog is very likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Bhadrak, Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Cuttack, Khordha, Puri, Gajapati, Ganjam.
Day-2 (valid from 0830 hrs IST of 16.01.2023 up to 0830 hrs IST of 17.01.2023)
Shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur at a few places over the districts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Puri, Gajapati, Ganjam.
Day-3 (valid from 0830 hrs IST of 17.01.2023 up to 0830 hrs IST of 18.01.2023)
Light rain is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapara, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur.
Day-4 (valid from 0830 hrs IST of 18.01.2023 up to 0830 hrs IST of 19.01.2023)
Light rain is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar Balasore, Bhadrak, Kendrapara and Jajpur.
