In a heartfelt moment during the Times Now Summit 2025, Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan opened up about the initial shock and emotional turmoil she faced upon learning that her father, Saif Ali Khan, had been stabbed.

The summit, co-presented by Dream Sports and powered by Pernod Ricard India, provided a platform for her to candidly share her experiences.

Sara described her immediate reaction as one of “freezing,” recalling the uncertainty and fear in the moments following the incident. “We were lucky that it wasn’t critical,” she said. Her relief came quickly, but those tense minutes felt like an eternity.

She lauded her father’s resilience and his ability to remain calm under pressure. “That’s just who he is,” Sara explained, referring to Saif’s nature and his role as a father. Despite the harrowing situation, he maintained a brave face, a testament to his strength and unwavering determination.

Sara’s reflections on her father’s fortitude and her emotional responses resonated deeply, showcasing the power of family bonds and personal perseverance.
