Boyanika, the apex handloom organization of Odisha, has unveiled an exciting discount drive across all its outlets, offering a remarkable “20%+10%+5%” discount.

This initiative coincides with the Odisha Divas celebrations and aims to support the livelihoods of Odisha’s weavers while showcasing the state’s rich handloom heritage.

The event, inaugurated by Pradeep Bal Samanta, Hon’ble Minister, Handlooms, Textiles & Handicrafts and Cooperation, includes discounts at all Boyanika outlets, stalls at the NH Expo at Exhibition Ground, and the Toshali National Crafts Mela at Janata Maidan. The drive will run from March 27 to March 31, 2025.

Adding to the charm, a Night Bazaar at Boyanika Exclusive, Bayan Bhawan, offers an extra 5% discount during nighttime hours, along with live instrumental classical music, loom demonstrations, and food counters. This special shopping experience will be available nightly from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, concluding on April 1, 2025.

Hon’ble Minister Pradeep Bal Samanta emphasized the importance of this initiative in preserving the exceptional skills of Odisha’s weavers and promoting their artistry on a global stage. The event was graced by several dignitaries, including Guha Poonam Tapas Kumar, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, and Pranati Chhotray, Managing Director, Boyanika.

The Government of Odisha remains committed to preserving and promoting the handloom sector, ensuring its growth and international recognition. All visitors are encouraged to participate in this unique celebration and own a piece of Odisha’s cultural heritage.
