Bhubaneswar: Petrol and diesel prices rallied to their highest ever levels across the country, as fuel rates were hiked again for the third consecutive day on Friday.
Today, the petrol price in Odisha capital, Bhubaneswar has been recorded at Rs 107.48 per litre while the diesel price has been recorded at Rs 103.92 per litre.
While on Thursday, the Petrol and diesel costs were recorded at at Rs 107.13 and Rs 103.53 per litre respectively.
All major cities of Odisha has registered petrol price above 100 and the rate of petrol in Malkangiri district has been recorded to be the highest in the state at Rs 113.07.
The diesel price in various cities are Rs 99.59 in Chennai, Rs 98.38 in Kolkata and in Mumbai the rates have crossed above Rs 100 mark at Rs 103.26.
