One Killed, Four Injured As Truck Falls Off Bridge After Hitting Car In Cuttack

Cuttack : One person was killed while four others sustained injuries as a cement-laden truck fell off Kuakhai Bridge after hitting a car near Trishulia in Cuttack district late Tuesday night. According to reports, the accident occurred when serial artists were returning to Bhubaneswar in a car after shooting. The truck hit the car coming from the opposite direction and fell off the bridge after losing its balance. On intimation, police with Barang fire brigade officials reached the spot and seized the body for post-mortem. All the injured persons including the car and truck drivers were admitted to SCB Medical College and Hospital.
