The Odisha Higher Education Department has launched the second phase of undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) admissions for the 2025-26 academic year.
Eligible students can apply through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal — www.samsodisha.gov.in — from August 23 to September 3.
This phase allows fresh applications and choice filling for degree colleges and state universities offering UG and PG programs.
