Earlier in the day, Deputy CM Parida, accompanied by Minister Suryabanshi Suraj, Bhadrak MLA Sitansu Sekhar Mohapatra, and Bhadrak Collector Dilip Routray, visited the temple to offer prayers. The dignitaries participated in the Maha Shivaratri rituals, seeking divine blessings for the state’s prosperity and well-being.

Following the rituals, Deputy CM Parida declared that the Tourism Department would provide Rs 10 crore for the temple’s development and its surroundings. The funds are expected to enhance the temple’s infrastructure, making it more accessible and appealing to both pilgrims and tourists.
