Balasore reports 14.2°C, Gopalpur 14.3°C, and Chandbali 14.5°C. These coastal towns remain slightly warmer but still feel the grip of winter. The cold wave stretches across Odisha, leaving people struggling to stay warm.
Markets witness brisk sales of woollens, blankets, and heaters. Schools adjust schedules to help students cope with the freezing mornings. Farmers express concern as crops face stress under the biting cold.
