Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi today unveiled the e-Registration App—a comprehensive mobile platform designed to provide all revenue-related services at citizens’ fingertips.

Marking a major leap in citizen-centric governance, the Chief Minister inaugurated the e-Registration mobile app, alongside unveiling the Revenue & Disaster Management Department’s annual success report. The launch event took place at Lok Seva Bhawan.

Designed to provide seamless digital access to land and revenue services, the app allows users to book slots for land registration deeds, apply for certified copies and encumbrance certificates, and access real-time land valuation benchmarks—all from an Android phone. The app also offers complete information about Sub-Registrar offices, making it a comprehensive tool in the digitisation of revenue services.

Highlighting Odisha’s technological strides, the CM hailed the app as a “major milestone” toward a paperless and cashless administrative system. With over 20,385 government educational institutions receiving permanent land titles and 16,727 homeless individuals granted homestead land under the Basundhara scheme, the app represents a transformative step forward.

Emphasising disaster preparedness, the CM pointed to Odisha’s “Zero Casualty” achievement during Cyclone Dana and advised department officials to remain vigilant. Revenue staff were commended for their dedication, with praise extended to the meticulous verification of 4.61 lakh land records that ensured rightful benefits to over a lakh farming families.

Deputy CM Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Minister Suresh Pujari lauded the CM’s hands-on leadership during crises, emphasising Odisha’s growing reputation as a national model for efficient disaster and revenue governance.

The launch marks a new chapter in public service delivery, reinforcing the government’s commitment to transparency, accessibility, and administrative efficiency.
