The Odisha Chief Minister’s Office held the 12th phase of its grievance redressal program at Unit-2, Bhubaneswar, reinforcing the state’s commitment to being a “People’s Government”.

Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, alongside seven senior ministers, personally heard the concerns of 1,000 registered complainants, ensuring immediate action for resolution. The program reflects Odisha’s dedication to addressing public issues, particularly for the marginalised, with 93% of 10,894 complaints resolved since the initiative’s inception.

The Chief Minister prioritised differently-abled individuals, visiting them first to listen to their grievances. Supported by departmental secretaries and senior officials, the team issued directives for swift action. The Single Window System facilitated ₹9.50 lakh in medical aid for 10 individuals on the day, contributing to a total of ₹53.50 lakh disbursed to 48 beneficiaries in 2025 under the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.

Citizens left the grievance cell with renewed confidence, their faces reflecting trust and satisfaction. Ministers present included Suresh Pujari (Revenue & Disaster Management), Dr. Mukesh Mahaling (Health & Family Welfare), and others, ensuring comprehensive coverage of issues.
