Bhubaneswar: “Our goal is not only public satisfaction but also continuous good service. So we all have to change constantly to solve people’s problems,” advised Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik to the administrative officials during a review of the state government’s Mo Sarkar program.
” Mo Sarkar program has been going on for two years. At the administrative level, this change of government has created public confidence in the government. This process has now been able to bring about practical change among various officials and employees of the state government,” said the Odisha CM.
The Chief Minister expressed his satisfaction that the state government has continued its efforts to bring about professional behaviour among government officials. He said that government officials are now treating the people more responsibly and compassionately.
The Odisha CM also expressed satisfaction over the performance of various departments due to feedback from the people through the programme.
“Mo Sarkar program includes 222 services in 28 departments and regularly collects information from the people,” he said.
Today’s meeting was attended by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, the Department of Home Affairs, the Department of Women and Child Development, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, the Department of Food Supply and Consumer Welfare and the Department of Agriculture and Farmer Empowerment.
The Chief Minister thanked them for their overall satisfaction with the service of the departments of the department and advised them to provide services with even greater determination.

The meeting was attended by Chief Secretary Suresh Mohapatra, Director General of Police Abhay, Development Commissioner P.K. Jenna and the Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretaries and Secretaries of various departments.
Mr Manoj Mishra, Secretary, Department of Electronics and IT, gave a comprehensive presentation on the Mo Sarkar program.
