The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha has officially released the schedule and detailed guidelines for the form fill-up process of the Annual High School Certificate (HSC) Examination 2026.
According to the latest notification issued by the Board, the form fill-up process will begin on November 8, 2025, and continue until November 22, 2025. The Board has divided the process into four distinct categories, with both online and offline application options based on student type.
Form Fill-Up Categories
The BSE Odisha has categorized students into four groups for the 2026 Matric Exam form fill-up:

Category A: Regular candidates — School Regular (SR) and Quasi Regular (QR) — will apply online.

Category B: Ex-Regular (ER) students will also apply online.

Category C: Correspondence Course Regular (CR) students will fill forms offline.

Category D: Correspondence Course Ex-Regular (CER) students will apply offline as well.
The Board stated that detailed instructions, eligibility guidelines, and a step-by-step user manual for each category will be made available on the official website: www.bseodisha.ac.in.

Schools and students have been urged to strictly follow the schedule and submission guidelines to prevent last-minute issues. Any delay in submission beyond the prescribed dates may not be entertained, the Board clarified in its circular signed by the Secretary of BSE Odisha.
This announcement marks the beginning of preparations for the 2026 Odisha Matric Examination, involving thousands of students across the state.
