No Darshan On Sundays! Puri Srimandir Remain Closed For Devotees Today

Puri: The Shree Jagannath Temple remained closed for devotees today for undertaking the disinfection process in the premises of the 12th-century shrine. Devotees will no more be allowed to enter Puri Srimandir for Darshan on Sundays. Meanwhile, the Shree Jagannath Temple Administration (SJTA) on Saturday issued a revised Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for implementation at Puri Srimandir to combat Covid-19 infections. As per the latest SOP, all the guidelines issued by the state government with respect to restrictions on persons coming from other states shall be scrupulously followed, said SJTA in a release.
