Man arrested for piercing bull with iron rod

Bhubaneswar: A man has been arrested in Bhubaneswar for allegedly attacking the stray bull with an iron rod which got pierced into its neck region in Bhimatangi area. The accused has been identified as Debraj Sundaray alias Tutu. The matter came to light after ‘Go-Sevak’ Rashmiranjan Swain lodged a formal complaint with the Airfield police station in connection with the incident on the basis of the CCTV footage.
