Keonjhar: A lineman died on an electric pole while repairing in Keonjhar district on Wednesday.
The incident occurred in Talagundula village under Kanjipani police limits in the district.
The victim lay hanging from the pole while working after getting an electric shock.
He was retrieved by rescue personnel and rushed to the hospital, where the man was declared dead.
The police on being informed reached there and initiated an investigation.
