The Roads and Buildings (R&B) Division in Koraput has directed its staff to attend office even on government holidays to complete pending official work before the close of the financial year 2025-26.
Superintending Engineer of the Koraput (R&B) Division issued the order on January 21, instructing all employees to ensure smooth completion of tasks up to March 2026. The directive comes as several works remain unfinished, and the division aims to meet deadlines before the financial year ends.
Officials said the order is necessary to avoid delays in project execution and financial reporting. Employees have been asked to cooperate fully and attend the office without fail until further notice.
