New Delhi: Tokyo Olympics champion Neeraj Chopra has launched a new campaign called the #JavRun inspiring people to try to throw the javelin. Neeraj is showing viewers a new way to run through life with the launch of an exciting challenge exclusively on YouTube Shorts. Fans can join the champion by doing the #JavRunn and replicating his distinctive run-up before he throws the javelin.
Former WWE wrestler The Great Khali could be seen taking up Neeraj’s #JavRun challenge in the latest advertisement video posted on YouTube. Neeraj could be seen giving a javelin to Khali and asking him to throw the javelin as long as possible. The Great Khali too, shows a keen interest and throws the javelin along far.

Neeraj, who is currently training at Turkey’s Gloria Sports Arena, is scheduled to fly out on May 26th and will train in Finland’s Kuortane Olympic Training Centre till June 22nd. The Kuortane OTC offers Olympic-level indoor and outdoor facilities for athletes and is currently also the training base for Paralympics Gold Medalist Devendra Jhajharia.
From Kuortane, Neeraj will then head out to Turku to participate in the Paavo Nurmi Games, followed by Kuortane Games in Kuortane and then the Diamond League in Stockholm.
