Additionally, the Jajati Keshari Medical College and Hospital has been opened in Jajpur district to enhance health services. During the inauguration, the Chief Minister announced that the name of the institution has been changed to ‘Maharaja Jajati Keshari Medical College and Hospital,’ honouring the legacy of Maharaja Jajati Keshari.

The medical college has been allocated 50 seats for its first year, with plans to increase this number to 100 in the next academic year, contingent upon the development of necessary infrastructure.
