India and Fiji have signed multiple bilateral agreements during the official visit of Fijian Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka to India.

- 🏥 Healthcare Boost: India will design and build a super-specialty hospital in Fiji.
- 💊 Affordable Medicines: HLL Lifecare Ltd. will supply medicines under the Janaushadhi Scheme.
- 📏 Standardization Cooperation: BIS and Fiji’s DNTMS signed an MoU to align measurement standards.
- 💻 Digital Skilling: NIELIT and Pacific POLYTECH will collaborate on tech education and upskilling.
- 🛫 Mobility & Migration: A Declaration of Intent was signed to facilitate smoother migration.
- 🏛️ Cultural Exchange: India will deputize a Hindi-Sanskrit teacher and train Fijian pundits.
- 🏏 Sports Diplomacy: A cricket coach from India will support Cricket Fiji’s development.
Additionally, Fiji has joined the Indo-Pacific Oceans Initiative (IPOI), signaling its commitment to regional cooperation. India also announced the gifting of ambulances, agricultural drones, and mobile soil testing labs to support Fiji’s healthcare and farming sectors.
