Ahmedabad: Virat Kohli’s ton helped India cross 400-run mark against Australia on Day 4 of the fourth Test against Australia here on Sunday.
Kohli already bagged his half-century on Day 3 and then bagged his 28th Test ton in the ongoing post-Lunch session.
Resuming the day on 289/3, India lost their first wicket of the day when Todd Murphy (2/64) dismissed Ravindra Jadeja (28).
India were 289-3 at stumps and still trailing Australia’s 480 by 191 runs.
Virat Kohli and Srikar Bharat are currently batting and are building a strong partnership.
