The Hero Hockey India League 2025-26 announced that tickets for its final leg in Bhubaneswar went live today at 11:00 am IST. Moreover, Hockey India confirmed that tickets will be free of cost, allowing fans to enjoy world-class hockey without barriers.
The League returns to the iconic Kalinga Hockey Stadium on January 17, and the grand finale will take place on January 26. Eight men’s teams and four women’s teams will compete in fast-paced matches under revamped formats. In addition, Vedanta Kalinga Lancers currently lead the men’s points table, while SG Pipers have already secured their spot in the women’s final.
HIL Governing Committee Chairperson Dr Dilip Tirkey expressed excitement about the League’s return to the hockey hub of India. He said the free tickets initiative would encourage more fans from across Odisha to attend and support their favourite stars. Furthermore, Committee member Bhola Nath Singh added that the finale in Bhubaneswar would showcase #hockeykajashn, with expectations of a packed stadium.
Fans can book free tickets through Ticket Genie’s web portal and app. Additionally, Hockey India launched a dedicated website offering schedules, updates, and resources for fans. Matches will be broadcast live on Sony Sports Ten 1, Sony Sports Ten 3, and DD Sports. They will also be live-streamed on Waves and the Hockey India League YouTube channel.
