Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has extended the deadline of the global tender floated for procurement of COVID-19 vaccines by one week. The tender process scheduled to end today has now been extended till June 4.
The bid submission date, which was to end by 5 this evening, has been extended till June 4. The technical bid will open at 11.30 am and the price bid by 5 pm on that day, an official notification by Odisha State Medical Corporation Ltd (OSMCL) said.
Notably, the government had floated a global tender for procurement of 3.80 crore of vaccine doses to inoculate its entire population on May 14.
