The Government e-Marketplace (GeM) has achieved a remarkable milestone, hiring over 1 million manpower resources for government organizations in the fiscal year 2024-25.

This digital procurement platform has emerged as a game-changer, transforming public procurement with transparency, compliance, and efficiency.

GeM provides seamless manpower outsourcing services, catering to a wide range of roles, from skilled professionals like data entry operators to unskilled labor such as horticulture workers. The platform offers key features like role-specific categories, transparent pricing models, and comprehensive Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that ensure legal compliance.

Launched in 2016, GeM has evolved into a one-stop solution for government buyers, now offering over 330 services, including advanced options like drone technology and cybersecurity services. Its growing adoption underscores the trust placed in its ability to simplify and streamline government procurement processes.
