Bhubaneswar: Dreaded gangster Syed Usman Ali alias Tito was shifted to Berhampur Circle jail from Jharpada jail on Wednesday amid tight security cover. The decision was taken to avoid criminal conspiracies that were suspected to have taken place from the jail.
