Bhubaneswar: The State Government on Wednesday appointed G Mathi Vathanan as the Chairman of the Odisha State Housing Board with immediate effect.
The IAS officer will remain in the additional charge until further order, the Housing and Urban Development department stated in an order.
” In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section (2) of Section 3 of the Odisha State Housing Board Act, 1968 ( Odisha Act II of 1968), the State Government do hereby appoint G Mathi Vathanan, Principal Secretary to Government, Housing and Urban Development Department, Odisha as Chairman of the Odisha State Housing Board with immediate effect in addition to his own duty until further orders, ” read the order.
