The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha has extended the deadline for form fill-up and fee deposit for Ex-Regular candidates appearing in the Annual Higher Secondary Examination 2026.
Originally scheduled to end on October 28, the form submission deadline now extends to November 3, 2025. This decision follows disruptions caused by Cyclone ‘Montha’ and requests from various higher secondary schools across the state.
Dr. Prasanta Kumar Parida, Controller of Examinations, issued the notification from CHSE headquarters in Bhubaneswar. The extension applies to candidates from Arts, Commerce, Science, and Vocational streams, including those enrolled in correspondence courses. Students must complete the process through SBI Collect without incurring any late fees.
However, CHSE clarified that previously announced dates for form submission with fines of ₹200 and ₹600 remain unchanged. Colleges are advised to follow the revised schedule strictly and ensure smooth coordination for all eligible students.
