Seoul: K-pop sensation Suga on Monday said he was doing “good” and asked BTS ARMY to not worry about his health, three days after he tested positive for COVID-19. The 28-year-old had tested positive for the deadly virus during his self-quarantine, after taking the PCR test upon his return to South Korea from the US on December 23.
“I’m very good. Don’t worry too much,” Suga wrote on the fan community forum Weverse. BTS’ management company Big Hit Entertainment had said in a statement on Friday that Suga, whose real name is Min Yoon-gi, completed his second round of the COVID-19 vaccination in late August along with other members.
“He is currently administering self-care at home per the guidelines of the healthcare authorities,” the statement read, adding he was not showing symptoms.
