Bhubaneswar: For the convenience of the citizens expecting their COVID-19 test report, the Odisha government on Saturday announced that the test report will be made available online on the State COVID Dashboard.
Now the individual, who has undergone RT PCR or Rapid Antigen Test can find out their test results by entering their registered mobile number or SRF ID on the website. With this innovative arrangement, people will not have to go to test centers to collect the reports.
This digital test report will contain all the details of the person awaiting the test report. Besides, a QR code in the report will help the authorities to verify the authenticity of the report at any time.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said, “Technology has become an important weapon in the fight against epidemics. This innovative system will make it easier for the public to access the COVID report and will make the report collection process convenient.”
To make the test report more accessible to the public, the RT PCR report website— https://covid19regd.odisha.gov.in/SamplCollectionDetails.aspx has been embedded with https://statedashboard.odisha.gov.in.
State Electronics & IT Dept Secretary Manoj Mishra said: “People are often seen waiting at the testing center to get the Covid report. So in view of this, we have arranged to provide sample test reports directly to the people using the technology.”
“This facility is also available at the ‘Mo Seva Kendra’ at the gram panchayat level,” he added.
