‘Chakka Jam’ Protest: Avoid These Roads In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: As a "Chakka Jam" protest against the Centre’s farm laws is scheduled on Saturday, between 12 noon and 3 pm, Bhubaneswar is likely to witness road blockades on several stretches. All India Kishan Sangharsh Coordination Committee (AIKSCC) will block national and state highways across the state, reports stated. AIKSCC, umbrella organisation of different farmer outfits will also block the road at Master Canteen square here. Area in front of Crown Hotel, Raj Mahal Square and Jaydev Vihar, are likely to witness similar blockades by farmers’ groups. Navnirman Krushak Sangathan (NKS) will block NH16 at Pahal in Bhubaneswar. will be organising road blockade in 20 districts of the state including Khurda, Cuttack, Jajpur, Jagatsinghpur and Keonjhar.
