BMC Addl Commissioner Ratnakar Sahoo Posted as Registrar at MKCG Berhampur

The Government of Odisha’s General Administration and Public Grievance Department issued an office order on March 27, 2026, relieving two senior OAS officers from their current posts.


Ratnakar Sahoo, OAS (SAG), serving as Additional Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), has been centrally relieved. He will now join as Registrar (Administration) at MKCG Medical College and Hospital, Berhampur.

Similarly, Smt. Sarojini Prasan Kullu, OAS (S), Additional Commissioner, Sambalpur Municipal Corporation (SMC), has been relieved to take charge as Additional District Magistrate (ADM), Padampur.

The order directed both officers to immediately assume their new assignments without availing joining time.
