Bhubaneswar: Odisha’s Paralympic and World champion Pramod Bhagat won the mixed doubles SL3-SU5 Bronze medal at the 4th Asian Para Games in Hangzhou, China with Manisha Ramadass as partner.
In the Badminton Mixed Doubles SL3-SU5 event, the dynamic duo of Para Shuttlers, Pramod Bhagat and Manisha Ramadass went down fighting in the semifinals to Indonesia’s pair of Leani Ratri Oktila and Hikmat Ramdani.
The match was tight with the first set going to the wire 19-21 and the second set 14-21. They secured Bronze for India at the Asian Para Games 2022
