Ashish Thakare, a 2011-batch IAS officer from Odisha, has been appointed as Director in the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Delhi, under the Central Staffing Scheme.
His tenure is set for five years from the date he assumes charge or until further orders.
