Bhubaneswar: High profile sex scandal accused couple Archana Nag and husband Jagabandhu Chand were allowed to meet each other inside the Jharpada jail here on Sunday.
The couple got emotional after meeting each other after a gap of around a fortnight. Both were engaged in conversation for around 15 minutes.
As per reliable sources, Archana broke down after seeing her husband. She inquired about his health condition and whereabouts of their son.
Jagabandhu also shared the message of police raid on their house. He told her that police had seized the laptop, Mobile phone, Diary and Pen-drive. They met in presence of jail superintendent and female warder.
As per jail manual, the couple will be allowed to meet once in a week.
Jagabandhu was arrested from his house at Satya Vihar 15 days after the arrest of his wife Archana in connection with blackmailing and honey-trapping case.
Archana is allegedly involved in blackmailing many influential people from political and other sectors.
