Bhubaneswar: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is scheduled to visit Odisha on a one-day programme on June 17. He will join the BJP’s ‘Maha Jan Sampark Abhiyan’ in Dhenkanal, BJP State General Secretary Prithviraj Harichandan informed.
Shah is set to visit the state as part of the party’s month-long Maha Jansampark campaign. The Home Minister is likely to address a public meeting during his visit in Dhenkanal. He is scheduled to discuss the 2024 elections with activists of Dhenkanal district.
In addition, Padma awardees from the district and other people honoured by the Government of India are also scheduled to meet him on the occasion.
BJP National President JP Nadda is scheduled to visit Odisha on June 22 to participate in mega event. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also scheduled to visit State later.
