The Supreme Court has postponed the hearing on Dara Singh’s plea for release, granting a three-week adjournment.
The decision came after Singh’s lawyer, A.P. Singh, requested additional time to prepare arguments. Dara Singh, convicted in the Graham Staines murder case, has been serving a life sentence since 1999.
The deferment extends the long-running legal battle over his premature release, keeping the matter under judicial scrutiny.
