A youth was allegedly murdered near Pataneshwari Temple in Sambalpur late Tuesday night, triggering tension in the locality.
The deceased has been identified as Chintu Bansal of Tiwari Gali. Police from the Town station rushed to the spot after being alerted and recovered the body.
