Passengers travelling on the Bhubaneswar–Mumbai Konark Express (11020) will face a delay today, with the train now scheduled to depart at 5:00 PM instead of 2:40 PM, East Coast Railway (ECoR) confirmed.
The delay has been attributed to rake maintenance, and passengers have been advised to plan their journeys accordingly.
The rescheduling coincided with a busy day for Odisha’s railways as Prime Minister Narendra Modi visit the state to launch development projects worth over Rs 50,000 crore.

About the Amrit Bharat Express
The new train, designed with modern LHB coaches, will connect Odisha with Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, and Gujarat, covering 1,708 km in about 33 hours.
