Pop icon Rihanna has announced the birth of her third child with partner A$AP Rocky — a baby girl named Rocki Irish Mayers.
The Grammy-winning star revealed the happy news in an Instagram post on Wednesday, sharing a picture of herself cradling her daughter alongside a pair of tiny pink boxing gloves. Rocki was born on September 13.
The couple, who are also parents to two sons, Riot and RZA, had revealed Rihanna’s pregnancy earlier this year during the Met Gala, where she appeared in a custom look highlighting her baby bump.
Fans quickly flooded the announcement with love, as the post crossed five million likes in just two hours.
Just weeks ago, Rihanna — born Robyn Fenty in Barbados — marked 20 years since her debut album release. While fans celebrated, many also renewed their calls for her much-anticipated new music, as it has been nearly a decade since her last album, Anti.
Over the years, the 37-year-old has expanded her empire with ventures such as Fenty Beauty and her lingerie line, Savage X Fenty, with Forbes estimating her net worth at over $1 billion.
The singer has previously announced her pregnancies with headline-grabbing style — in 2023, she revealed her second pregnancy during her Super Bowl halftime show performance in a red bodysuit.
Earlier this year, the couple made news when A$AP Rocky was acquitted in a high-profile trial related to a shooting incident, with Rihanna attending court sessions with their two sons.
