The Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE), Odisha, has issued a firm directive to all affiliated Higher Secondary Schools and Composite Colleges: submit your Staff In Position (SIP) data on time, or your students won’t receive admit cards for the Annual Higher Secondary Examination (AHSE) 2026.
In an official notification released by Dr. Prasanta Kumar Parida, Controller of Examinations, CHSE emphasized that institutions must upload complete and accurate teaching staff details via the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal between August 29 and September 30, 2025. This data is crucial for preparing the teachers’ gradation list, which determines examination duty assignments.
Only eligible staff—those ranked Junior Lecturer or Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) and above—are to be included. Demonstrators and teachers debarred from Plus II exam duties are strictly prohibited from being listed. Each entry must include the teacher’s WhatsApp number, email ID, and date of joining to ensure data authenticity.
CHSE has made it clear: failure to comply will result in withheld admit cards. No hard copies or email submissions will be accepted. The directive applies to all Government and Government-aided institutions, including SSD and Upgraded schools, but excludes self-financing schools.
“This must be treated as MOST URGENT,” the notification warns, underscoring the importance of timely and accurate data submission.
