Hon’ble Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi personally congratulated the team led by IAS Guha Poonam Tapas Kumar, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, for their exceptional presentation. The Housing and Urban Development Department secured the 2nd prize, recognized for its forward-looking tableau emphasizing sustainable urban development and enhanced quality of life. The award was presented by CM Majhi to IAS Usha Padhee, Principal Secretary, and IAS Dr. Thirumala Naik, Vice Chairman of the Bhubaneswar Development Authority.
